I am a Broker/Associate with over 40 years in the real estate business. My passion is to help my clients to find or build that perfect home. I bring my many years of experience to work hard for you. As a home builder and carpenter, I bring a different level of experience to the real estate business.

I started my journey right out of high school learning welding and carpentry at Faribault Vo-Tech and I became skilled in real estate construction. Right after college I joined the Carpenter’s Union and became a journeyman carpenter. In 1976 I was self-employed building and remodeling homes. I built my first home in Mantorville, MN that year. Two years later I opened my own construction company and remodeled for commercial and residential. 1979-2007 I worked on new home construction. While working in new home construction, I got my real estate license in 1989. In 1994 I received my real estate broker’s license.
